Software Specialist 

We are looking for a Software Specialist to join the Tekla Structures Global Service Support team in Espoo, Finland.

The Global Service Support team is responsible for second line support to our areas and resellers. We give technical support to solve our customers’ trickiest problems and act as feedback link from customers to product development. Our team has deep knowledge in the software and we also have a broad understanding of the construction industry and its processes.

We appreciate
 

• experience in at least one of the following fields:
  • building and construction industry
  • data modeling
  •  IT administration
• academic or polytechnic degree or having reached final stage of studies
• strong problem solving and communication skills
• fluent written and spoken English
• active and positive attitude.
