Project Manager, Innovation 

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Tekla Innovation team in Espoo.

Tekla Innovation unit is responsible for developing and promoting innovations at Tekla. 
Our team manages innovation life cycle and concretizes, visualizes and assesses potential ideas in concept development projects. Concept development gives a holistic assessment of a concept from both business and technical viewpoints.

Your responsibilities will include

• Working as a project manager in concept development with concept feasibility evaluation
• Operative tasks in technical analysis and requirements analysis
• Some technology research related to ongoing concept projects
• Code development related to prototyping and investigation of best technical solutions
• Developing technical assessment framework and methods.

We require

• Several years of experience from software project or product development
• Practical experience from project management
• Experience from technical analysis with good analysis and documenting skills
• Experience from acting in customer interface with requirements analysis
• Interest in following technology trends and new technologies
• Interest in developing software prototypes related to technical feasibility study
• Experience in .NET application development, C# and C++ programming
• Fluent English and Finnish
• Good communication skills, entrepreneurship, openness, flexibility and ability to see possibilities in uncertainty.
